Marget Braun is a yoga teacher, writer, and coach. She has a background in yoga and research. Marget designed and taught the yoga protocol for a University of Rochester and NCI study investigating a standardized program of yoga on cancer survivors with sleep disturbances (2010). She serves on the NCI committee overseeing DES medical research in the U.S. Marget teaches yoga at Nazareth College (college students) and private practice in Rochester, NY (all ages and levels). She is a graduate of Open Sky Yoga teacher programs under the skillful training of Francois Raoult. She is a registered 500 ERYT teacher with Yoga Alliance. In another career Marget was the executive director and co-founder of the national DES Cancer Network. She wrote a book about her experience with DES exposure called DES Stories. Marget is published in Yoga Journal, Yoga Mentor, and Yoga International magazines. Marget is a cancer survivor herself and says, "Yoga is healthcare. We are lucky to learn and practice yoga."
